added money via voucher to account, money got deducted but plan did not get actived?

I had 16$ on account
added 20$ voucher
added 5$ voucher
successfully added

had 41$

selected 39.0$ promo plan now I have 1$ in account but says I don't have plan activated to pay again? 
Did I do something wrong? been with public for 6+ years never had this problem....

HI @noobless  login My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode, check if the money in Available Fund, check Payment History , is the voucher load there?

log in to your account on a laptop and see if the account is Active or still Suspended. Click the Payment tab to see payment history.

yes I have, in my account it says my subscription has ended and to pay 40$ again...but I just added 25$ + had 16$ = 41$ dunno where it went but now I have 1$ in my account and no active service
