add on data

I am quite new to PM.  I had to purchase extra data last month and it runs out after 30 days.  When my cycle started again, I see that the data being used is my regular monthly allotment.  Is there a way I can get PM to use up my add-on before using my monthly allowance?

This by far is one of the weirdest things PM does. But it does use your regular data first and foremost and then uses any add on left overs which you may not use which is a waste of money. My advice, consider moving up a plan to save from having to pay extra fees.

What plan do you have now?

No, add-ons have never worked that way. It's the problem with the newer expiring add-ons now.
