I travelled from canada to the states, and like the title says, I have a subscription with 50GB of data within canada/states/mexico, but my LTE ARE NOT working here in the states.
I got a text message from Public Mobile saying that I need an add-on if I do not have the canada/usa/mexico plan, BUT I HAVE IT. so WHY isn't it working ????????

@linka-lou Try phone set to 4G /LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile AT&T or Verizon also ensure you have data roaming enabled . Also if you phone not on the PM voLTE whitelist making calls will be difficult and your only option would be to try phone set to 2G and connect to T mobile AT&T. Only other thing is to download text now app or what’s app for voice calls
