@carol5079 Also best to download the new PM app and activate there . As website will only redirect you to it part way thru activation anyways so best to start there .

At you trying to activate physical sim or eSIM?
At which point you got the error?
does it happen at the payment step? or it happens at the phone number choosing/porting step?
or you went passed all those steps already?
