This has wasted so much of my time. In short, I successfully created an account, secured it with a phone number, and when I then to subscribe, log in AGAIN. Once again logged in, I click Get Started...only to get the
"WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.
This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)"
Over and over. I cleared the cache, switch to incognito mode, tried to sign up via the app, and the issue persists. Do you not want my business, Public???? I also tried resetting my password. Nothing works.
What's the fix here? It's certainly NOT user error.

I am getting the same error, I have been at it for hours as well, nothing works, it is so frustrating!!!

@Heidi99 there seems to be some error tonight with activatoin
has PM charged you yet?
