We used my credit card and it works now. The other card is fine (checked with the credit card company) not sure why PM wouldn't accept it. Thanks

Thanks, we changed the credit card to mine and it worked. Not sure why it wouldn't accept the other card. The card was good as we called the company and there are no issues with it.

PLEASE edit your post and remove personal info. You are talking to customers like yourself and PM staff does not read not accepts any requests through this Community.
You will have to open a ticket if issue is account related.

If you don't see this card below, don't worry, go to your stores Customer Service desk and ask them about Mobile Payment vouchers:
Also maybe clear cookies / cache or even use another browser or use Incognito / Secret / Private browsing mode. Also try the App.
And CS_Agent cannot change Credit Card info due to privacy rights.

OK. So here is how I fixed this issue. I just did this a few days ago with my neighbor.
Wait till tomorrow (24 hours) as you're locked out from updating. Then go into your phone settings and go to the Apps section. Then find the Public Mobile app. Clear the cache and data. Then reboot phone. Then you will need to enter the email address and password to log in again. Then try adding the credit card. It worked for me.
If you're doing it by computer, same thing. Wait till tomorrow. Then open your browser, go into your settings and clear the cache, settings and cookies (for all time). Then restart your browser. Then try to log in again and change the credit card. The system can be a bit finicky. If you still have problems, you can create a ticket to a CS Agent. Just know they are backed up right now and may take a few days.
