@Wilfred_59 Can you clarify whether you can receive phone calls as well as make them? If you can't then it could be a porting issue, but if you can both make and receive calls then it is likely the SMS glitch @Yummy mentioned and you can submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
