when i log into my account now after changing the email address it tries to send a code to my phone but the phone number appearing is not correct.... very annoyed by this since there is no easy way to speak with a person here

I don't suggest this. Your messages may very well get ignored. Carriers also do also inform some customers that they must submit any communication by postal mail.

No access to your online account?!! WT? indeed. Ask to escalate to someone that can. Incredible.

i tried it does not work and was told in private message they have no access to my online account... told me to do this to fix it... so i will likely just get a new provider this is xxxxxxxxxxx

@Chalupa_Batman- I get those occasionally. Just reply back and inform them that they got the wrong customer. It would matter if they sent you private information from another customer.

When you sign in, go to Profile.

Then go to Manage EverSafe ID

You can change the number there and email address.

If you're unable to get there, then when you get that window that says send code again, click on send code and you'll see 3 options.

@GordonA  Try tapping resend code a few times . You should see option to send code to email instead . If no luck . Please submit ticket with support
