Hello,
Just this morning I noticed that I could not send text or receive texts to and from my friends. When I opened up the messaging app it says "currently unavailable to send your message..."
I have tried restarting my phone, reseating my sim card, putting my sim card into my son's phone to see if it works and logging into my account to make sure it's still there, and nothing has worked.
I don't know what is going on other than narrowing it down to my sim. Please help.

Nope, when I dialed 611 it says "not registered on network".
I am outdoors so I should still have full signal.

My account is still active and nothing on the page says it's on hold or seems on hold. My credit card is still fine haha. I'll try dialing 611, that is the public mobile service number right?

Seems to me the account is on hold. Are you able to login to your account? What recording do you get when you dial 611? Did you recently have a credit card problem?

No, I cannot call in and out except for 911, and I also cannot turn on mobile data. It says that mobile data is unavailable.

So, I'm confused. Can you call in and out? And can turn off wifi and turn on cell data and go to a web page?
I have a phone that is doing an odd thing with some texts. Says something about trouble. It mostly works. I haven't narrowed it down yet.

I think that's what my son did, he went into some setting to "reset the sim", which nothing changed.
Yes thank you, I will send a support ticket. This website is still a mess.

@annapinkdragon maybe outage in your area? did you try the phone far away from your current location?

Yes my account with number and plan is still working. I could not turn on my data or call anyone.

@annapinkdragon So the account is active ? Try resetting network settings . If still no luck . Submit ticket with support
