Card is good. submit does not work.
And the account is on autopay.
after they refunded the over charges, no auto payment (perhaps they don't trust themselves) and I can't post a payment. Also no credits(or rewards all gone)

I am happy to hear pm refunded your crazy extra charges. A shock to the system once you noticed them but kinda like a secret savings account that just hit maturity and you cashed out. Just in time for RRSP season!
I do seem to remember advising you to remove autopay until pm fixed the glitch. Do you just need to enable it again? Check the bottom of your overview page does it say " You are registered for dynamic autopay!" If it doesn't then re-enable it.
Technically you qualify for the $2 autopay reward as long as you register for it before your renewal occurs. But you could argue the point that they should just credit it to you this month anyways because of the circumstances behind it being removed temporarily.
The submit button being greyed out may be from choosing one of the other two options other than "other amount". But it's always good practice when you are making any kind of change in your account to follow this procedure to avoid error messages and weird stuff from happening....
And try again.
As for rewards they got their own account now......just stay away from the points program. It will not benefit you so just never you mind it.

Please make sure that your reply is related to the OP's question. Login to "My Rewards" account does not solve the issue of getting autopay credit. Please take your time to analyse the OP's issue before posting. PM wants good quality post which will solve OP's issue. You post does not help any PM subscriber to find out why OP did not get the autopay reward.
I hope that you understand what PM wants and not get offended by my post. Looking forward to read more of your posts which are on topic.
Have better and better days and stay safe

Your "overcharges" might just be point-of-payment taxes added into your plan cost. PST/HST/QST/GST.
I pay 7% PST and 5% GST in BC. So a $20 plan will charge $22.40 on AutoPay, or a $20 payment voucher will cost $22.40 from a vendor.
AutoPay sometimes breaks down. Because Public Mobile's (Telus's) AVS parameters are screwy. Or because their system detects that the credit card has an impending expiry date. But if the pre-auth fails on your card (for whatever reason) then you won't be charged and your pre-paid service won't automatically renew. (Your service will be suspended, but you won't be charged any deactivation or reactivation fees, and you won't be charged for the suspended period - it will simply renew and resume on "Day 1" of a new billing cycle the moment it receives pre-payment. You can allow your account and service to languish suspended without payment for up to 90 days before it will be terminated and irrecoverable.)
You can try clearing your browser cache and cookies (or try using a different browser) before logging into Self-Serve again. Their system is sluggish and glacial, so patiently allow the pages to fully refresh and maybe wait a minute or so before clicking around your account.
They've recently introduced their new Points system and arranged for Rewards to require a separate login (with the same username and password). I think the separate login is clumsy, stupid, and unnecessary, but it is what it is, maybe worth criticizing but not really worth complaining about.
Unfortunately, no automatic payment means no $2 AutoPay reward for this cycle. Although you might be able to convince the CSAs to credit $2 into your account balance.

AutoPay now has an option to turn on or off.
Login to your Self Serve account and double check to see if it is turned on…it maybe turned off.

Make sure your autopay is enabled.
Update you cc info after receiving a new cc which means you current cc will be expired in a month or less.

@canuk99 Glad everything is set.. we were talking about you yesterday and wonder if PM has taken care of the issue
So, you are trying to post a payment ahead of your renewal day? Your service is still working and Account active?
The credit card still on the system or they removed it? What was the error when you try manual pay?
They might have removed the Autopay but you can enable it back yourself. or you got error?
For rewards, see if you can login to the new My Rewards website, same email username and password as My Accounts, https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards

@canuk99 : Oh good to hear they sorted you out from that 10 day problem. The rewards display has moved. You now need to click on Access Rewards. You should see the things there.
Posting a payment may be that you should choose the Other option in Payment Type. The Amount Due seems to be buggy for the last while.

@canuk99 , you should be able to set up autopay option on your self serve account. As for the rewards, that has been moved to a separate account. If you click on the rewards, you will be presented with the login for the rewards account. Use the same username/password. The reward information should be there.
