Overcharged, payment taken out twice

looked at my outgoing transactions and noticed Public Mobile did 2 automatic withdrawals

@Brittany_t , you need to look at the payment history in the Public Mobile online account.  If you see 2 payments for the same plan cycle, then there is a problem.  These pending payments can be placeholders that drop off.

@Brittany_t on the banking side it's likely that you are seeing the pending amount and the posted amount. After the posted amount has been confirmed that pending line should drop off within 24hrs or so so just check again in a few days. You can also confirm in the PM app under the payment history to see how many times it appears there. If it's definitely charged twice contact a CS_agent, try sending a private message to:

Where are you seeing this?  Is it in your Public Mobile self serve account that your'e look at?  The self serve account uses a left side and right side transaction entry princple meaning that the plan price will always be in there twice, once on each side of the leger.
