@wlgys28  - so what happened next after you 'changed password through the email'...were you still having issues logging in?

 

Too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. So, as mentioned by @JK8  wait 15+ minutes before you try again.

When you do try again, clear your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

If you have issues or you are unable to recall the answer to your security question, you can open a ticket or private message a CSA and go through the verification questions so they can get you back into your account and sort out your login issues
