@Matthewlozon60 - we are customers and member like you here on the forum. What do you mean by "have problems replying back"? Do you have a ticket in with customer support already, but cannot respond?
Check both your Inbox and Sent porting of your messages.

Did you buy the phone used? If it is locked to another carrier it is a pretty painless process to get that code. You do have to contact the particular provider though

Hi @Matthewlozon60 what was the error message? there are different PUK for different kind of unlock
was the phone ever used on PM ? if never but was working on another provider, it is likely asking for Carrier unlock code. You have to check with the carrier where you got the phone from
