Hello, I switched to Freedom in November. I had a credit balance from a 3 month plan in my account . How do I get the credit back.
I am trying to make a help ticket and received an error. Thank you

You won't get any credit balance back from Public mobile. It is prepaid. You can try CSA, but I doubt that they can help in this situation.
That is the disadvantage of the 90 days plans. If you leave earlier, you will not get any refunds.

But PM is prepaid carrier, if you already ported out, you won't get the money refunded. Sorry about that

@Dianester Sorry PM is pre paid and no refunds . So if you successfully ported out to freedom your account is closed and credits on the account are gone . Not what you want to hear I’m sure but this is normal . but if you need support for anything else here’s the link for them
