Hi, my question is this, I took the wrong plan for my phone which can’t use 5G data, is it possible to get a refund for that mistake ?

Tey resetting the Network Settings with the SIM in your iPhone X max.

Go to Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings but you will need to renter your home wifi password after reset.

@Vinlab1995   Are you a long-time customer of Public Mobile or did you just join?   Is the phone one you've had before on another carrier or on Public Mobile, or is it a new-to-you phone that you haven't used on PM before?

@Vinlab1995  So no services work calls or text ? Maybe try resetting network settings and. Reboot the phone . If you have another phone close by can you test the SIM card in it . if still no luck please submit ticket with support

My phone keeps saying there’s an error and won’t connect to the data. Its an iphone 10max

It doesn’t matter if your phone is not 5G compatible. It will automatically go to the highest frequency of phone capacity.

You can switch to 3G or 4G/LTE plan on your account.

@Vinlab1995  Even with 5G plan and phone set to LTE you will stil get faster speeds of 100mbs 4G plan do  a speed test to confirm

but you can also go to subscription add on page to change plans for next renewal to a different plan if your prefer so you do t lose money on your current cycle and right now there’s exclusive plan for existing customers 50GB for $39 4G plan in your account plan change page
