Hello
Used my current email for new PM offer plan.
I wanted to used different email address, my old email is currently being used for my wife's account.
I have received confirmation email but there is no promo code or anything
Please advise

ask customer support to change her email to the new one and then use the old one for the new account. though, I'm not 100% sure if it will work or not

That will be impossible: to use same email for multiple accounts. If you used your current email then your wife got promo.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
