Never had this issue but did you look if your cell phone is not set to "Do Not Disturb" mode.Also, just one restart and then see if you have the same problem. Good luck

No you can not .. but you can use the other services like Skype, Fongo to call back home.. I assuming you are going to be on resort and they have wifi there. Thanks!
