Hi
I need to know if there is a way to choose only one option when resting the password. I have recently changed the password for my PM account and the system sends a code and asks where I would like to receive that code either on email or my cellphone number.
Is there a way just to have one option, i.e. I only like to receive code on my email and not to my cellphone #?
Please advise.

@ech_786 , it should not be a big deal if you just want 2FA codes sent to email. Just make that selection each time you access the account.

sorry, you have no choice on that.
If you talking about the code used to login to My Account, you can login to My Account and then disable 2FA from Profile
But if you are talking about the code to reset passowrd, you have no control where ot send to. They will give you a choice, but you cannot say I only want one option. Why you want just 1 option?
