Hi, my account became inactive because my credit card expire. There is no phone service on my phone. Ha can I resume my phone service . I am ready to pay my due bill through credit card.

Pretty simple to change your CC by login to your account but clear cache, cookie and go incognito first.
Go to Payment section and update your CC information.
Also you can purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number from these locations:

@poudeldibya3 Login into your account using a browser in incognito mode and update your CC information first.
Once updated , you can pay your bill and get service back.

Log into self service to confirm your account is suspended due to non payment. You can add your new cc info in self service. After adding cc you can make a payment in self service to reactivate your plan.
