I have Canada/USA plan

Not able to send anything except text no picture not even a 800kb picture what wrong

Hello @Buck22 

To confirm, do your other options work? You can call and accept calls? Data works? There was an update on both Android and iPhones in the last few days, that may have changed a setting or two as it did mine. 

You can try going into Network Settings and turn off Automatic and pick T-Mobile as that seems to work best. Then reboot and try sending a text/picture again.

you are sending MMS and you need Mobile data to turn on .  Please confirm if it is on

if already on and unable to send, try reboot and Reset Network settings

if still unable to send , come back and let us know what model of phone you have
