Wrong SIM card sent

Hi. I just subscribed to Public mobile and requested a physical SIM card. There was no option to select which phone I am using. I received a regular SIM card, but my phone requires a nano SIM card. How can I get the correct one sent to me? Thank you!

the sim card is now 3-in-1, which mean while it look like full size, you can remove the outer "frame" and make it nano.  Please check:
