I made a payment yesterday with a new card and since then am unable to send messages from iPhone to android, they all fail. I contacted support but did not get a resolution. My payment went through and I’ve only used 0.22 out of 20 gb. Thank you

the renewal would not affect SMS or RCS
what you should do is to re-register iMessage. Go to Settings , manually remove the phone number first. Reboot phone, then go back and enter the phone number back. Then test sms and test to Android
if same, then ask PM agent to check and refresh the account. You can submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Hi thanks for the advice unfortunately it didn’t work. I’ve had the acct for about 6 months my payment info changed so after I made the payment yesterday I’m no longer able to send sms messages from my iPhone to Android. I verified that the payment went through and I have plenty of data, thanks!

new account , right? you can send iMessage to iMessage without issue?
i suggest you to try disable RCS first. Wait an hour, and reboot phone and re-enable RCS
