No, PM system is one account for one phone number (and one email address to one account)
so, for a second phone, you will have to use another email address to subscribe another account. But remember to use the friend code from your current account to subscribe to earn Friend Referral rewards on both the new account (one time $10 credit) and your current account (1 Public Point per cycle)
