Hi my wife and i are seniors, have 2 different accounts, would like to be both on the same plans, we are low Data users The $23 6 GB plan would be good for us, but it says for new activations only Please Help. Thank you

@Nailer Public Mobile does not allow two numbers on the same plan so you would need to keep them separate. Only plans that show under "change subscription" when logged in to your account are available to you. If you want to try your luck with support you can open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, but it's a long shot.

@Nailer You need to have each account /phone number separate with separate emails can’t have both phones in same account . And we can only change to the plans that are available to us to change to in our accounts and remember to use the change on renewal option and not immediately or you will lose money in your current account cycle . pM is pre paid service and no refund / prorating for unused time

sorry, no family account here. Each account is independent by itself and cannot be joined. Funds, data and minutes cannot be moved between accounts as well

Each PM account is separate and unique. You cannot have joint account with different numbers and share minutes/data.
Each account has unique phone number and has to have unique email. You CAN use same credit card to pay the bill.
