I keep trying to update it and it just has the following error:
OOPS! WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.
Even before I subscribed it wouldn't let me use my BMO credit card to subscribe to my plan and now it doesn't accept my debit either. My Tangerine Debit was the only one that worked. Support didn't help me much they just said it was my problem and not there's and that they couldn't update it for me.

But then that won't satisfy the bank if it's the wrong postal code.

@perdu77- Then this could be part of the problem. Apparently this site stupidly uses Google for address verification. Yeah, a giant American corporation is going to know better than CanadaPost. Jeez.

@hTideGnow- I thought about that too and then figured that he over-buys voucher value (as one does). But @brandin , you would also be accumulating a balance on that over-spend. Then the next time you could get a voucher for $7 less. Or $14. Or $10 and be up $3.

I too have had this issue for the last 3 months with TD. Transaction isn't flagged, tried both my visa debit from TD and my credit card from ATB, both do not work. Went through with customer support going through all steps, to no avail. I was left with the voucher option as they don't know what's wrong. Paying for vouchers is costing me an extra 7 bucks every time I need to re-up

Maybe give your bank a quick call? They might've flagged the transaction for some reason. Also try another browser.

interestingly Google maps has the wrong code for my address so trying wouldn't matter haha

Can you try your address in Google maps? Is it a newer postal code?

My cards work on other sites and the postal code is also correct. ie. its PM problem imo

I have tried on mobile and on PC browsers and it didn't work on either, but it might still work you are saying if I clear cache or try another browser? which browser should i use?

@Handy1 I don't want to buy prepaid cards I am trying to keep all my purchases on one card (credit) or my debit card from the same bank as my credit, so there is less work for me to do.
