Hello, I would like to change my subscription to the 90 day with 40gb data at 4g, but when I was about to do so I saw a note that said "changing your subscription may cause you to lose data add-ons". I have one-time international minutes and bonus data add-ons. Will I lose these add-ons when I change my subscription? Thanks!

you won't lose any addon.
only one you might loss is the loyalty data bonus you got in March, but will only lose that if you downgrade the plna

I am also wondering about losing my add-ons if I change my subscription. I have a lot of add-ons, both data and minutes. They all come up on my subscription page. I don't have a promotion section on my account. How do I know if I will lose all of those add-ons? They are called one-time bonus, loyalty bonus and Christmas bonus. I see that one is called a promotion bonus. The one that kind of bugs me is that I was given 30GB as a loyalty bonus, but it is running out in 44 days; however, they have been taking from my other bonuses when I go over instead of from that timed one. I don't know who to contact for something like that.

@Andrew97 yup, if you don't have any you won't see the My Promotion section. The activation promotion I am referring to are those # GB bonus for # months
