Hi. You could try using the Google Chat app with RCS turned on. RCS uses your Wifi or Data connection to send images with your text.RCS is supposed to work with Apple soon.

Hi You can still use RCS chat in Google messages to send and receive photos via text. Yes it uses data and the other person needs to have it on too. RCS was made to replace SMS/MMS. Just an idea.

Hi I use the free TextNow app to talk/text on WIFI. You can choose a local phone number in the app. You could forward your PM phone number to the TextNow number. This might work for you.

Hi. I agree there seems to be a problem with voice mail, it does not connect today. Maybe they will fix it for tomorrow.
