Spam?

Macorius

As a happy customer for about a year now with about 5 questions getting resolved through the community, its a little frustrating to come to a brick wall in terms of support. I asked a question yesterday which was shortly after deemed SPAM. It was not a spam and I tried approaching the moderator only to be asked to verify my identity.

Not sure what's going on but from my angle its pretty obvious something major has occurred in recent months. So if anybody out there can unmark my comment as spam and let the community to respond then that would be encouraging and perhaps return my previous status as a valued member of the community.

Thanks everyone. Its at least nice to know Im not the only one. After returning to my post, Im still unsure why it got moderated. I think its because of too many numbers... I copy/pasted entries from my statement so I will leave it at that. Not sure who decided that this is the best way to treat paying customers, and the only rational I have for staying at this time is that they are all the same. Bell, Eastlink, Rogers, its all terrible customer service... but not you guys, you guys are legit helpful. Thank you.

@Dunkman

You and I provided a link in our post. It was NOT rejected... So who knows how and why PM started to reject legitimate posts...

Yes, I started experiencing the same lately.

Some of my helpful posts end up in 'reject' area of Community for NO reason at all. I opened a ticket but no response nor resolution as of yet. Waiting...

Check here if your post is there:  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/premod/moderationitemspage/tab/rejected

@Macorius

The spam filter is automatic.  Triggers include using too many numbers or links to other websites.

You can check your rejected posts:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/premod/moderationitemspage/tab/rejected

CSA may take a few hours to 1-2 days to respond.

You might want to repost your question and phrase the question in a different way.

hi @Macorius

check if your "spammed" post got trapped here

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/premod/moderationitemspage/tab/rejected

if it is, nothing PM support agent or Oracle can do.  You have to change the post writeup completely (copy and paste or minor change won't work).  Avoid using lots of number (as the system would think those are phone number or some personal info) .  Of course, don't use inappropriate words 🙂
