Your bare-bones service has a gaping hole... No one to talk to when you can't log in.
How can I login, and shut off billing, if we can't receive mandatory 2 Factor Authentication Message?
Your help suggestions say: Lost your phone? Login and follow these steps - but its impossible without the phone.

once you sorted out the login issue, go to Profile page, click the pencil besides Sim card number and you can update it to the new sim card (better to login on a computer using Incognito mode to avoid error)

If any issue, message support for help :

NOBODY is going to call you...
You are talking to customers like yourself. Agents do NOT monitor nor accept requests through this forum.
Remove your number from your post. Now whole world and busy scammers know it...
Stay on request code page and click on 'resend code' few times and you will get email option.

Please remove your phone number first for your own protection. This is an open forum and you don't want your phone number posted here
PM just changed to a new EverSafe login system and you need to complete the setup on this new system.
Have you login to My Account since EverSafe was introduced?
If you have already created an EverSafe id, you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email
If you have not created an EverSafe id yet, you won't be able complete the part to link your My Account with the EverSafe ID, that needs a working phone with a working PM sim using SMS. (Sending the code to email would not be a choice until EverSafe id is fully setup)
Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID
If none of those workarounds helps, please open ticket with support by direct message here:

couple of things:
this is a public forum that you’re posting on so you might want to edit your post by tapping the downward arrow
As far as getting the 2FA code, if you enter it incorrectly at least three times it’ll give you the option to send by email.
Give that a shot. 🙂
