Why you cannot give me money back.

I bought the 1G us data but it does not work at all. It on and off every 5 seconds. I could not open any apps on the phone, not even the google maps.

Cannot recall but I did everything I could.  I searched online, someone said maybe the sim card is too old? But we cannot verify that since I am back to Canada already and will not go back to US for a long time.

Yeah I did enable Roaming, I tried on 3 different devices iphone and andriod but no luck.  I can see it is connected but there is data up/down but it will disconnected right away. I was at New York and Boston. I talked to public mobile, they gave me $10 back.  What a waste of money and time.  Should of go to Walmart and buy prepaid data.

@xhwa   Which state and city you are at now?  Try connecting to  T-Mobile first manually, if not work, then try AT&T 

 

Make sure you enable on "Roaming Mobile Data" on your device as well

 

If you really cannot use the roaming data, no worry, open a ticket with PM support and they likely can provide you a refund

 

Also, if you really need some data there but roaming data does not work, get local prepaid data there

What settings have you checked on your phone?  Is data roaming on? 

Have you connected to a US network?  

Are you sure you activated and paid for the add on properly?
