Every time I try to do anything in Public mobile app or website is so slow, but so slow that I can't believe that you are a telecom provider.

@Ennis , I agree that the Public Mobile app is slow, mine lags. My Account on the website loads & works faster!
However we are not a telecom provider! We are all Customers here posting on this public/open community forum that are replying back to you! 🙂 But… we are paying to use their cell phone provider service (if I even worded that correctly)!

@Ennis I agree, loading the dashboard widgets is painfully slow. Other than that part I find it to be okay though.

As per @DDM69 we are all just customers like you. Nobody from Public Mobile monitors this forum.
It does take a bit for me sometimes when I have like 50 tabs open. But if there are only a few tabs open, usually not bad.

It works just fine for me using PC. Account/rewards loads a little bit on slower side but that was always like that. Be patient...

@Ennis Maybe try incognito private mode making sure you don’t have a bunch of other windows open with apps also running in the background . And see if it improves
