Hi All,
I renewed my old 4gb 4G LTE plan to the promo i got as 15GB 4G LTE. The payment tab shows the right amount after renewal but the my accounts tab still shows that i have only 4gb of 4G LTE instead of 15 Gb of 4G LTE. Can someone please advise?

Thank you tried in a new browser but no luck but tried in incognito mode and it worked

hi @dreams2cometrue it's caching issue, big problem with current My Account
just clear cache , restart browser and relogin
or Login using Private mode or Incognito mode
Or login using another browser or another device
