Hello,
I bought a service for a month and I didn’t set a monthly payment and I didn’t use the SIM card after 1 months service but now I can see they charged me in second and third month and there is no way to cancel the subscription. I really need my money back and remove my credit card from public mobile as soon as possible.

Most likely autopay is getting set by default when new user subscribes.
It does not matter if you used SIM/services or not. As soon as you sign up with PM you will start getting charged UNLESS you turn autopay off.

@Hassan12732 - i believe when you subscribe to a plan, the credit card automatically is in your account for future renewals unless you turn that feature off. You can call 611 to turn off Autopay so it doesn't renew on the next scheduled date.
If you prefer an agent to remove the card from your account contact them to ask them to do this. Methods to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble),
2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

Log in to your account and remove subscription auto pay (under payments - manage subscriptions). Please note, that the account will close after 90 days of no payment and you will also lose your number if you don't port out to another carrier during that time. As for your situation, you must have had your subscription on autopay without knowing. PM is a prepaid service so the likely hood of a refund is unlikely.
You can message a CS Agent, click on the link below. Good luck.
