If you order one from Amazon ($5), it should arrive soon with prime shipping. When/if the other shows up, sell it to a referral.

it shouldn't take that long, maybe it was lost

please check with support, they will probably send you another one.  Or ask them if you can buy from Telus or Koodo store yourself and have them to reimburse you
