Why doesn't the 15 gig data bonus show up?

@chadmac   check the text again, it is not extra 15GB .  In fact, it is a promo text about the new $40 for 15GB plan.  You can reply YES to change to that new plan on the next renewal

 

Again, that is not extra 15GB, but just a $40 plan for 15GB

It was a txt I received from public a special offer to have an additional 15 gigs added to my plan

or you meant you got the $40 - 15GB and not see the 15GB there and see other data amount?

 

give us more info.. like when you activate or when you change plan if you are existing member

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead. Try again.

 

Then do a refresh of your account page.

You were probably looking at an old cached information before.
