Why do my whole family's calls keep dropping consistently since switching to Public Mobile?

My parents and fiancée and I all switched to Public Mobile in February 2024.

All of us have been routinely experiencing dropped calls for the last few months but have REALLY been noticing it for the last month (March/April).

Just had a bunch of calls today drop about 8 times in total. In one day!

All four of us are going to have to switch back to Koodo because this is ridiculous.

But the weird thing is that we'd never had a dropped call on Koodo and we've been with them for over a decade! And both Public Mobile and Koodo run on the same Telus networks.

There's an offer on for $39 for 20 GB at Koodo and I think we'll all be switching back soon because we rarely go about 5-10GB of data use.

HI @BenDurham  PM uses the same network as Koodo and Telus , so the network is the same and reliability is same for PM/Koodo/Telus

however, it is true the network has some dropped calls issue, my friend on Koodo and Telus had the same problem.

Try reboot phone first, try Reset all networks

@BenDurham  because PM not as reliable as Koodo or Telus . I get dropped calls all the time with PM too . But I except it because of lower priced plan . Some will say this is not normal. But I have voLTE enabled device/ account and the issue still persists
