Why do I still have amount owing when I already paid?

Hello, I'm new to public mobile so I may get this wrong. So recently I went to London drugs to pay for my 10 dollar phone plan with public mobile. I dialled *611 and enter the pin. 

However, it still states here on my account profile that the amount I owe is still 10 dollars? I am very confused. A heads up thank you for anyone who replies.
