Has anyone been having this issue? I've been trying to access my account for 3 days. It keeps saying temporarily down for maintenance please try later

This may be a coincidence, but the system was down for maintenance three days ago.

Perhaps your browser has recorded the first time you tried to log in if it was during this maintenance. Try clearing you browser cache and try again, @Michyme15

I was able to login just now to my self service account.
Website can be finicky. Try using a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode. Chrome incognito seems to work well with this site.
