Why are calls consistently dropping? Usually happens after be9ng on phone for minimum of 30 mins

hi @DonnaD16 both your phones are using 3G for voice.  3G is the older technology and VoLTE is new one.

please submit ticket as said above and ask PM to refresh your account and check if it helps

I went through this minths ago and as mentioned it was good for a while. I have a Samsung S9. I had an S10 and calls dropped so I went to the S9. My settings only show LTE/WCDMA/GSM auto connect. I have no idea what you are referring to about Volte

hi @DonnaD16 we have 2 posts today about call dropping after 69ins and after 38 mins

What model of phone do you have? wonder if you are using VoLTE or 3G for voice

can you try changing the network mode to 3G and test?

If same, ask support agent to refr6yiue account
