I need a phone number to call so I can speak to a sentient human being in a timely fashion who actually works for Public Mobile. How can I speak to a human being TODAY and not “within a day”? My issue is time sensitive and related to my account/payment/my plan not renewing properly so there’s absolutely nothing a robot or a community member could do to help me. How do I contact a human person who is employed by Public Mobile?
There’s no secrecy to it, it’s simply far cheaper to run like this. If you want a telephone support line then go to Telus, you can speak to a real person there - if you wait 2+ hours on hold and speak to someone abroad! I’m happy to sacrifice that, and prefer using PM support via chat, rather than waiting on hold. Your choice!
You have been here for over a year so you should know that everything is done online to contact a CS_Agent.
If it is to do with AutoPay disabled, you can enable it on your account. There could be a glitch in disabling AutoPay but pretty easy in enabling it.
You should have got an additional $1/month credit for being here for a year.
Public Mobile doesn’t have a phone number to call, that’s one of the reasons their prices are low. But they do have online help, their robot will offer you the option of contacting them if it can’t solve your problem. Ironically, they usually get back to you quicker than waiting on the phone with Telus, and are very helpful

Only way to get in touch with PM human is through personal mail. There is no other way; you can present your problem here and we will try to assist you.
If you do not see renewed plan on your account: Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
