Why am I unable to call?

I just paid for the 5g, $39 a month plan and I am unable to call. Why is this, and how do I activate my phone to call?

Hello,

I have an IPhone 13 and I just changed my plan on the same phone I had before. 
I did not change my SIM card.

When I try to call someone my it says 7B1.

What should I try to do next to try to get my calling working?

Is this a new account?  If it's a pre-existing account, were calls working before the plan change?

new activation?  What phone do you have?

did you try your sim card in another phone?

it could be just a sim card provisioning issue.  Easy fix for support but you need to engage them via direct message:
