I just paid for the 5g, $39 a month plan and I am unable to call. Why is this, and how do I activate my phone to call?

Hello,I have an IPhone 13 and I just changed my plan on the same phone I had before. I did not change my SIM card.When I try to call someone my it says 7B1.What should I try to do next to try to get my calling working?
