When I use a computer, I get this every time. Then I enter the SAME password a second time and I get in! Is this happening to anyone else? Any solution, folks?

Bit of a lol situation
But, happened with me, maybe credentials may change while typing it or maybe the website's issue maybe
Had to change my password because it was showing wrong, for a few times. It's fine now today, so, maybe try again later.
Hope it gets solved soon!

Safari - Looks like you are using an iPhone. I tried on my phone in Brave. It worked! In fact, it is so seamless it is 180 degrees in convenience from the desktop. So, I will use my mobile going forward.

Clear cache on exit was the first thing I unchecked weeks ago when this problem started happening. What a circus! They want us to engage in the community but make us go through all these hassles that nobody has time or patience for.

Try on mobile and see if it gets better for you. For myself Safari on my phone seems to work well for keeping the trust this device setting unless I clear cookies (which is to be expected). If the browser on your computer has any sort of delete cookies upon exit enabled or if you’re using an incognito window the setting won’t stick as cookies are deleted upon exit.

I am in I.T. and have been dealing with websites since 1997. I even have my own website at: https://harry.cckerala.com/ But I have never heard of such rubbish! Why should I use incognito? Has anyone questioned PM why they have this silly, frivolous restriction? It absolutely doesn't make any logic or sense whatsoever! I have never had to use it to log into the several thousand websites I have used over the years. The I.T. department at PM needs to be given the boot.

for trusted device issue, what browser were you using ? Make sure your browser settings has "clear cache on exit" disabed for it to work. And trust won't work if you are using Incognito mode

Good catch. I do use Bitwarden. But it is the same one I use a second time using Bitwarden itself. Anyway, I had checked "This is a trusted device. Don't ask me for two-step authentication every time I log in on this device." an hour ago and it is still asking for the OTP. I am through with the community (unless I can continue on the mobile. Let me see) Every time I get a response I gotta go through this B.S. I am not up to it. I will no longer be active in the community if the mobile also gives me the same crap.

@JimRockford_PI It’s best to always use a new window incognito private mode to log in

@JimRockford_PI first, if you are using Password Manager of any kind, do not use it, just type in both username and password
And try using browser with Incognito mode to login

Any chance you are using a password manager and copying the password into the field? I heard at times this can cause issues. The website is just incredibly finicky unfortunately. Small things like this are always happening it seems. As long as you can get into your account I wouldn’t worry. But PM really should put some time and effort into fixing up the site and making it better for us users. We shouldn’t have to constantly clear browser data, use a different browser, or use an incognito to get it to work but here we are.
I just use the app and haven’t had any issues. But also don’t login too often.
