You can't actually call anyone at pm. All support is online so you can either submit a support ticket via Simple--simon by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen or send a private message via the link at the bottom of my post. Put "Request a Refund" in the subject line and leave a detailed message.
Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.
Technically there are no refunds with pm unless it is an error on their part. Generally if it's an honest mistake on your part the CSA's are very understanding and will either fix the issue and/or offer a credit on your account for a future renewal or purchase depending on the circumstances of your request. Refunds if issued take up to 30 days unless they are accidental double charges then they aim to issue refunds within 3 to 5 business days.

What kind of refund? You do not like PM anymore or you were charged multiple times or you bought incorrect add-on?
You can try talking to the agent through e-mail; maybe they will be able to assist you if ask is reasonable.

HI @angelineindicio PM usually won't provide refund as it is a prepaid service, unless it was a system glitch and they charged you wrong.
But, if you have made a wrong add-on purchase, they might be willing to cancel the purchase and have the fund return to your account as Available Fund. That fund could then be used for renewal payment.
You can open ticket as advised above by @HALIMACS and explain what happened and see what they say

The only way to get consideration for a refund is to contact customer support. Generally, the only way they may do this is if you were overcharged or paid for an add-on by mistake. In these cases, the 'refund' would likely be applied to your available funds to be used for future services.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
