Where do I find when my 90 days subscription on hold expires?

I am out of the country for 6 months and have put my payments on hold, but I cannot find anywhere in my account what date my 90 day limit expires whereupon I will lose my number if I don't resume my subscription.

Surely this information should be a lot more simple to locate.

Any ideas where I might find this information?

Unofortunately, the Public Mobile Self Serve system shows the wrong plan dates in all customer accounts. In your example, your plan only geos from Deceber 23 to March 21. March 22 is actually the renewal date.

Hahaha! That's exactly what I'm doing now.  I'm sticking a reminder in my calendar. 28th April as it happens. 🙂

@Keltic  Oh shoot well you now know you have another 120 days before you need to pay again keep track of todays date

read this exact reply yesterday. You must have replied to another person with the same question.

I tried to use the textnow app after downloading yesterday but it said it can not be used outside the US and Canada.

I appreciate your reply though.

Thank you.

Although I appreciate your answer it did not help. Firstly my payment page does not look like the above image. Still could not locate a future date.

Anyway, in clicking around trying to find an answer i ended up inadvertently clicking pay now to resume my subscription. A complete waste of money considering i can't use my Public Mobile tariff in Europe for the next month.

I'd like to think I'm fairly computer literate and having used the internet daily for 3 decades, I can't help but think this information should be a lot more clearly obvious when i log in to my account.

Hi @Keltic

Sadly you can only wait 89 days before subscribing. The only real option you have is to lower the plan to either the cheapest and pay $15 for 1 month and then you'll have time to come back and change to a different plan. Or you can port out to something like TextNow for free and then port back with a whole new account. Porting is free both ways. You just have to use the TextNow app while you're away. Either using WiFi or buying a data only card and using it. That way you can still make and receive calls with your number and even text still. Make sense?
