I never activated my account and I want to cancel and not have more charges at the beginning of next month. How do I cancel if I never even activated??

I can’t get to payment option cause I never received my SIM card to activate my account

@Byronwaddy @Even thou you pre  paid for the service it wont start until you activate the SIM card in the PM app so you wont lose  money no  worries , but you can also pick SIM card up from Telus / Koodo store or Order  from Amazon also

if you ask support they might even reimburse you for picking one up and hood to have spare sim anyways in case you lose or damage yours or to give to family or friend to join PM and use your refferal code to reward both accounts win. But if you just want to cancel and not bother activating you will need help of support for that

My account only comes up with let’s finish activation but my SIM card never showed up to finish activation. So I can’t get payment to come up as a option.

you will need to ask support agent to help.  If the account was never fully setup , they will likely able to provide refund
