Where can I check the pubic plan that I activated on which day?

Is there a particular reason for this request?  

 

Besides the welcome email, you can also check your text history.  You should have gotten a welcome text from Public mobile.  Another indirect way is if you signed up for autopay when registering your account, you can get your total autopay rewards in your self service section under rewards.  Then calculate the number of months that you signed up with PM.

Search your email for key words "Public Mobile" for the Welcome email from Public Mobile. You could also search your credit card records for amounts charged by Public Mobile.

 

If all that fails you could inquire with the Moderators.
