What the heck is going on with PM? no payment method, cancelled my sub/plan change?

 It frequently drops my login, the app is SO SLOW and not functioning well for me. (not my phone) 

I changed my plan from 45$/30gb to 50$/40gb USA/CAN  plan a week or so ago and now I logged on (renewal is tmrw sept 5) and I don't see my plan change at all, I am limited in plan options (the one I selected is not there?) I don't see any way to make a payment, there is no credit card/make payment buttons. Whoever is doing web dev on the end of this website lately is doing a horrible job. Please fix PM website and ensure the user experience is working properly! (UX designer here)

 

- no payment buttons/payment methods

- cancelled recent plan change ? 

- website + app are very glitchy 

 

I sent a post to CS_Agent, just thought I'd see if anyone else is having issues.

It should show you within 'Subscription & Add-ons' if you have a Upcoming scheduled Plan Change.

@Priority , didn’t you say that you saw this issue on some activations where the payment buttons were missing along with some other issues?

@Ocea , there’s definitely some technical issues still in this new system since May!

 I find the app slow, lags!

Some other Customers have reported having the issue of the missing payment button & the only way they were able to make a payment was by purchasing a voucher then dial *611 or dial  1 (855) 478-2542  (1 855 4PUBLIC) from another phone to pay! Or using the link below to pay using a payment card due to the missing button:

With regards to your plan changing on September 5th, it won't show until the 5th. Because you are still on the previous package, it won't show till then. You may need to refresh your page.

Here's how to change payment info.

I myself find the website OK and have no issues. However I do find the app is a bit slow to respond but once it responds works decent.

How to change your credit card number

First and foremost, if you are changing your credit card information, you need to add every piece of information about the credit card like it was your first time. Even if it’s already auto filled, do it anyway. 

When you log in to your Public Mobile account, go to the Payments button.

On the right hand side, click on Manage Subscription.

Then click on Manage Payment Method and remember, change and edit everything even if it’s already auto filled.

How to change credit card on phone app

Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.

Sign into your app.

When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.

Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments

The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.

The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.

There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.

NOpe not helpful sorry. My screen used to look like that now it doesn't and I have no buttons/access to pay nor any subscription changes in effect, and I am limited to only 6 subscriptions. also I didn't sign up for a subscription I signed up for a plan. and now I can't change said plan, I need to be able to access usa/canada and I want that 50$ plan. I'll wait for CS to respond. I've been a PM user since 2015? I let my account lapse the last 6 months an d had to get a new one due to being out of the country. Its always been an amazing service, except recently my new sign up has been very odd/website not working well.

@Ocea  Log back in and go to subscription add on page you should see your current plan and the upcoming plan like this

But you can also submit ticket with  support to confirm
