Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought you said you were successful in bringing the eSIM to your new phone already, but you would prefer it was on the other IMEI?
I don't think that is possible, as your phone has a fixed IMEI for the eSIM, and another fixed IMEI for the physical SIM. You won't be able to use the physical SIM IMEI with an eSIM or vice versa.

💯
They've had since May and they've barely made any progress. That's great existing customers can now access them, but it's a huge gap that they can't be transferred.

@DennyCrane- This whole execution of esims here is a giant clu..... and why I steer clear of it all. Yup, physical sims all the way.

This thread is exactly why I prefer physical sim cards.

@Nash416 does your new phone have 2 eSIMs, or 1 eSIM + 1 physical SIM?
The physical SIM will have its own IMEI and cannot be used with an eSIM.

@Nash416 Yikes unfortunately you may have to buy yet another eSIM and install it to the proper IMEI slot or get support to see if there’s anything they can do in this case

@Nash416 Yes because you have to log into the app and it knows it’s you . Just log onto the new app with new phone and install the eSIM . This way you will keep same phone number and plan

@Nash416 In that case you need to buy a new eSIM from the app go to subscription add on page and at the bottom of page notice shop sim . Select it and choose eSIM download and install it
.
