@Princess69, Public Mobile does not have phone support. All support is done in this community forum (mostly by other PM customers), and by private message with moderators(Public mobile staff).
If you could explain the exact problem, then perhaps someone here could help out.
If you are trying to reset password, and the 'Forgot your Password' feature is not working (you never get the email), then you will need to contact the moderator team in order to have them reset your password. note that there might be a 2-3 day wait until you get a response.
